WE RISE
HOW IT WORKS
Each day, you will be guided through a short practice. While these are indeed “meditation”
practices, I want you to think of them instead as listening practices. Listening within.
They are created to stir something within you. To help you see what arises.
Some practices will feel soft and peaceful. Others may bring up emotions that are harder to
feel.
Remember this:
Each week of our journey has a theme. And at the end of each week, you will earn a badge for
the work you’ve done. These are your badges to Freedom.
Use them, wear them, meditate with them, be with them. They’ve been designed as symbols
of the heart. You might put them on your altar, or as the background on your phone to remind
you of the work you’re doing.
And you have an entire community supporting you and growing by your side. Lean into us.
