How to use this journal
This journal is filled with a myriad of different prompts that will help you
get started on you body acceptance and body imagine journey.

I encourage you to pick out one or two a day to write on and either use
the blank pages at the back to fill in your answers or hand write them in
a journal of your own.

The purpose of journalling is to help you explore deeper feelings and

emotions and maybe even uncover some things about yourself you
didn't know before.

As we write, we reconnect to ourselves, and release the parts that no

longer serve us. Let's get started.
