Introduction
This manual contains operation and maintenance
instructions for the indicators. Please read this manual
completely before installation and operation.

1. Safety Precaution
ˆ Please turn off power before installing or disassembling.

ˆ Before using please verify that the input voltage range printed on the
data label matches the local AC power to be used.

ˆ Before using please make sure that the power cord does not pose a
potential obstacle or tripping hazard.

ˆ Operate the indicator only under the ambient conditions specified in


these instructions.

ˆ Don’t operate the indicator in the hazardous or unstable environments.

ˆ Don’t immerse the indicator in water or other liquids.

ˆ Don’t place the indicator near heater or direct sunlight.

ˆ Please keep the indicator away from other electromagnetic generating


devices. This may interfere with accurate reading.

ˆ Please note when low battery symbol appears on the screen, the dry
batteries need to be replaced.

ˆ Please confirm that the electrodes “+” and “-“ are on the right position.

ˆ Don’t use new and old dry batteries at the same time.

ˆ Don’t leave the empty dry batteries in the indicator.

5. Display and keyboard

OFF key: Turn off the indicator.

UNITS key: Switch the weight unit.


Switch weighing mode and counting mode.

HOLD key: Hold and release the display.


Refer to Page 10 for details.

NET/GROSS key: Switch net value and gross value.


The suitable symbol ▼ would appear on the display.

TARE key: Deduct the weight of the container.


Tare range: +/- 100% of full scale.

ON/ZERO key: Turn on the indicator when it is off.


Zero the scale when it is on. Zero range: +/- 2% of full scale.

6. Basic Function Operation

6.1 Zero
; When the scale is on without any object on the weigh pan, press the
ZERO key to obtain a zero reading. The zero indication symbol ▼
would appear.

; Zero range: +/- 2% full scale.

6.2 Tare
; Place the container on the weigh pan. After stable, press the TARE key
to deduct the weight value of the container.

; Place the object in the container, the scale will show the net weight
value of the object.

; Remove the container and weighing object, the display shows the
negative weight value of the container. Press the TARE key to clear the
weight value of the container.

; Tare continuously. Tare value could be no more then full capacity.

6.3 Units
; Press the UNITS key to select kilogram (kg) or pound (lb).

; Press the UNITS key to switch weighing mode and counting mode.

; When the scale is powered on again, it displays the previous active


unit.

6.4 Net / Gross


; Press the Net / Gross key to switch the net or gross weight value.

; The suitable symbol ▼ would appear on the display.

; It is useless to press any other key during gross mode.

0 = when stable, the buzzer beep and LCD are on
1 = when stable, the buzzer beep. whether stable or not, the LCD
are on.
2 = whether stable or not, the buzzer beep and LCD are on.
B ⇒ Setting for the beep status
0 = No beep.
1 = OK,the buzzer beep.
2 = out of OK value, the buzzer beep.
