Three: Key function：

1、 On/Off：Switch on or off the scale；
2、 Zero/Tare：Zero or Tare the scale when in weigh status;
3、 Hold：Press ‘Hold” key in weighing status, the “Hold” light on the panel will be on,
then the scale will keep the stable value; Repress this key, the hold function will be
cancelled and the “Hold” light will be off;
4、 Function：Press this key for more than 5 seconds while in the weighing status, it will
enter into the user setting mode;
5、 KG/LB：Switch between “ KG” and “LB”, the corresponding light will be on when the
key is pressed;
Four: Operation Instruction：
1、 Switch on automatically zero
When the power is on with the scale, it will perform self-checking like “000000-999999”,
then it will come into the status of weighing;
If the scale deviates from zero point when powered on, but still within the range of automatic
zero, the indicator will automatically zero; If it’s without the range of automatic zero, then it
needs to be re-adjusted the platform or re-calibrate and setting parameter;
2、 Manually zero：
When the no-loaded scale deviates in weighing status, press” Zero/Tare”, it will zero;
When the weight value is positive and stable in weighing status, press “Zero/Tare”, then the
weight value will be regarded as the tare value, the indicator display”0”, and the “Tare” light
is on;
3、 Hold：Press ‘Hold” key in weighing status, the “Hold” light on the panel will be on,
then the scale will keep the stable value; Repress this key, the hold function will be

 cancelled and the “Hold” light will be off;
4、 KG/LB：When press the “KG/LB” key, it will switch between “ KG” and “LG”, the
corresponding light will be on when the key is pressed;
5、 User setting：
Press “Function” key for more than 5 seconds while in the weighing status, it will enter into
the user setting mode（P mode）.In this mode, it has ten type parameter set which can be set
from P1 to P10. Press :”KG/LB” for selecting parameter, and press ”Hold” key for selecting
value for one certain parameter, the parameter is as following:
1）P1 x Switch between kg and Lb
x=1: display in KG
x=2: display in LB
2）P2 x Automatically power off
x=1: No automatically power off function
x=2: Automatically power off after 10 minutes
x=3: Automatically power off after 20 minutes
x=4: Automatically power off after 30 minutes
3）P3 x Baud Rate setting（This function isn’t available currently）

x=3: 2400

4）P4 x RS232output for selecting net weight or gross weight This function

Five: SERVICE MANUAL

1、 The platform shouldn’t be put direct to sunlight, and it should be put on levered up place
to ensure long usage;
2、 Put against powder and serious vibration, and use against the too wet surrounding;
3、 No cleaning the platform with the liquid solvent;
4、 No conductive powder touching with the indicator to protect the indicator;

Six: Error information：

Err 1：The AD value is too low when full range calibrated;
Err 2：The Zero point at the zero calibration point is without the range（Check whether there is
something on the platform）;
Err 3：The zero range is without of the automatically zero range（Keep the weight 0 on the
platform when powered on）;
Err 5：Input the full range value as zero when calibration at the full range point ( Just input the true
value of the weight);
Err 7：The battery is in low voltage (Change the battery);

HOW TO CALIBRATION :

1. Connection the load cells

2. Press “Fun” key and meantime to turn on the scale. After self-testing, please
Release your finger from “fun” key. Now, the display is “C0” and enter the “Set”
Stature.
3. According the “3-1”table to make the installation and setting.
