Noodle can be different meanings to every people. It is because noodle has different ingredients, shapes, taste, texture, and different meanings associated to each. In Indonesian and Korean, noodle have different history, brands, taste and flavor. Although in every country noodles is different, the main ingredient for making noodles is flour. Indonesian noodles originet from Chinese that resulted from the immigration of Chinese settlers to the Indonesian archipelago. In Korean, the most popular instant noodles which are Samyang. Similar to Indomie, Samyang also has noodle soup and fried noodle. The taste of Indonesian instant noodles are spicy, sweet, savory, salty and sour, while in Korea only have a dominant taste of spicy, salty and savory.
