1-4 Safety Warning
1-4 -1General Warning of Safety
 Do not modify, install, change part and installation position without prior authorization;
 Do not wear loose clothes when you operate the machine;
 When you are planning to repair, maintain and change machine’s part, be sure to turn off power source switch and disconnect the main power
source;
 If uncommon phenomenon occurs when you operate the machine, stop the machine immediately, turn off the main power source and contact your
dealer.
1-4-2 Warning for Processing Solution
 The processing solution used in this machine is poisonous. Direct contact with solution will damage your skin or your eyes. Do not drink the
solution;
 When you operate the section of processing solution, please wear protection unit for your hands and eyes.
 When the processing solution flows into your mouth accidentally, please wash your mouth using large volume of fresh water immediately and
contact a doctor; If the processing solution flows into your eyes, please wash your eyes using large volume of fresh water immediately and contact
a doctor;
1-4-3 Safety Warning in Heating Section
 Processing heater, dryer heater and motor can generate strong heat;
 When machine is running or during the short period after switch off the machine, do not touch this areas otherwise it will cause personal injury; if
you want to maintain these parts, switch off the machine and disconnect the power source and wait at least 30 minutes when machine cools down
naturally.
1-4-4 Other Caution Items about Operation
 Do not change machine room’s temperature promptly. If so, it will damage the machine and shorten machine’s operation life;
 Keep good ventilation around the machine. Do not place the machine in a closed area;
 Do not place any container filled with other liquid in case of any dangerous event caused by careless mixing liquid with processing solution or by
short-circuit;
 Internal section of machine has air-in and air-out vent. Do not plug up these vents otherwise air in and out will not be ventilated well and
component may be damaged;
 When you deal with used solution, obey local law and regulations;

2-1 Preparations
Step 1:Before repair or change parts, be sure to turn off power switch and disconnect power source plug.

Step 2:If draining is necessary, please open ball shape drain valve.

Before machine’s leave-factory, we have adjusted all racks to optimum status. If it is necessary to adjust pressing spring, please operate
according to following instructions: adjust 4 M4 screws; two screws on left wall board and two screws on right wall board.

Remove 4 M4 screws and remove the sync belt on the left sync belt
wheel. Then you may take out the worm transport assembly.

2-9-1 Position of Dryer Heater:

Remove the four screws here and


the four on the opposite side, and
then you may release dryer heater
assembly
