Consider swapping the EOI and POS graphics around as the EOI is

normally completed first - Not essential just a convention as we read left

CUMPLIMIENTO
to right DEL PLAZO DE LOS HITOS NORMATIVOS

Reorder the
list of items so
that they
reflect the
correct
chronological
order in which
they are
expected to
be completed

Consider some conditional formatting

to reflect the seriousness of
compliance failure i.e.

KPI <=1 = Green

KPI>1 & <=1.25 Amber
EXCESO EN EL CUMPLIMIENTO DE PLAZOS
KPI > 1.25 & < 2 Red
KPI > 2 = Black

Ensure the order (left to

right) of these activities
follow the chronological
in which they occur.
AVANCE DE LA EJECUCION PRESUPUESTAL

Again for these

percentage KPIs
consider adding a
fouth colour (Black)
for any percentages
< 60%

Including the table

below this will help
to identify where
additional
intervention may be
required by ARCC/
Sector Directives
As discussed in the meeting this table may not be appropriate for executive level
reporting (although it can be provided on request).

It is good to have and will be really useful for Sector Directive representative and their
Executing Unit counterparts to quickly review all of the interventions under their remit.

Consider using the 4 colour conditional formatting as previously discussed.

Also there are a number of items in this list which should have had some significant
progress.

Perhaps there should also be a way to flag interventions that the plan should almost
be complete and there is no progress.

There may need to be a way of discounting interventions that have been suspended
for some reason so that they are not flagged as poor performers.
