I have always been interested in businesses and companies and how they work, and after
obtaining a master’s degree from the University of Algiers with distinction and completion of
a note with distinction, and through my experience in studying business law, my passion and
ambition to know more in this field increased.

Throughout the past academic semesters that I passed at the university, I have been keen
to develop my skills in the field of business law and trade and to improve what is supported
by conducting applied research embodied in visits to several institutions and sectors
including the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Enumeration, the State Directorate of
Commerce, the State Directorate for the Suppression of Fraud, the Council The
competition ... etc., as well as interviews with several doctors and researchers in the field

I worked hard to expand my knowledge of the world of commerce and business through
those researches and studies in which I found great pleasure and special beauty. He created
a great passion for me by completing higher studies.

Turkey is an essential step towards reaching my goal, being one of the best destinations to
complete my higher education and adding a very important addition to the educational path.
Turkey's interest in science and education was the main reason for my choice of Turkish
universities, as its educational quality and development, as well as the progress of
universities in them and the recognition of countries by them, is undoubtedly an important
reason for applying for this scholarship

The common history that unites us and the wide relations that bind my country, Algeria and
Turkey, in particular, and most of the international relations are based on the field of
business and trade, so why not be that link or a step to walk towards economic and
commercial relations between my country and Turkey

My training in this field will be a supplement to enrich the legal system in my country and a
weapon for a special project in this field.

The subject matter of work

The subject of the work is the search for how the legal protection embodied by the legal
companies for those who are perverted with the companies, because most of the legislations
enshrined many legal provisions and principles that contribute to commercial transactions on
the one hand and which support confidence in the transactions of companies with their
external surroundings on the other hand, and that In view of the great role played by others
in the development and prosperity of the company and encouraging the orthodox to invest in
this important economic sector, this study came to shed light on the formal and objective
protection methods legislated for others with commercial companies

Problem analysis
The problem of the study is evident to us by standing on the most important guarantees to
protect others dealing with commercial companies in light of the legal provisions so that we
look at the extent of the success of the legal systems to protect others dealing with
commercial companies and who was the most important characteristic of this protection from
every form of commercial companies on the one hand and what is the success of the project

research method
Within the framework of preparing this research, we adopt the use of scientific research
methods, using the analytical method of all legal rules in various legislations, as well as the
comparative approach to compare the various legal legislations used in the study with
making observations.
It is also relying on interviews and attending scientific seminars and various national and
international gatherings and information on all previous studies and research in this field.

Then his conclusion on the topic with mentioning the most important results that can be
gained and achieved through this study and the extent to which the research has achieved
its objectives.

Academic addition to the study

This study allows my training and contributes significantly to the development of my
knowledge capabilities in the field of business and trade. An evening I receive at the Turkish
University will be a very basic step in my academic career, as it will be additional to my
country and work to develop it and ammunition for a project in the field of trade and business
