COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

This Agreement executed this 29 th day of May, 2020 at Iloilo City, by and
between:

POO D. LE, Filipino, of legal age with address at 123 Forbes Street, Green
Garden, Iloilo City, represented herein by Atty. May Ann Catalu ña (hereinafter referred
to as “the plaintiff”).

-and-

LOO N. DRY, Filipino. Of legal age with address at 456 Forbes Street, Green
Garden, Iloilo City, represented herein by Atty. Erik Espa ñola (hereinafter referred to
as “the defendant”).

WITHNESSETH: That –

Whereas, the plaintiff instituted an ejectment case against the defendant for six
months of unpaid rental.

Whereas, the parties desire to uphold peace and harmony and wish to avoid
further litigation in this case.

Now therefore, in consideration of the forgoing and further covenants hereinafter

set forth, the parties agree as follows:

1. Plaintiff shall be paid in the full amount of THIRTY TOUSAND PESOS

(P30.000.00) for six months of unpaid rental after the defendant receives his loan of
money before the end of June 2020.

2. Defendant shall temporarily move to the City Housing Site for medical
frontliners while the pandemic is ongoing to relieve the plaintiff and other tenants of
stress and anxiety brought on by the pandemic.
 3. This Compromise Agreement shall not affect nor prejudice any case or cases
between the parties not specifically referred to herein.

4. The signatories to this Agreement hereby represent and warrant that they are
duly authorized to execute this Agreement.

5. The parties or their assigns hereby waive, renounce and forever quitclaim all
their respective claims and counterclaims subject of the instant action as well as those
that may arise therefrom, in connection therewith or in relation thereto.

6. The foregoing covenants are not contrary to law, morals, or public policy and
the parties bind themselves to comply strictly with their undertakings.
