Letter to all Regional Heads in New Delhi Zone
Dear Sir/Madam,

Re: Exercise for Inter-Regional Transfer ofGeneralist Officers (Scale-I to Scale IU)

We refer to the above and inform that in the recent pastrwe have been receiving request from Officers for
considering their Inter Regional transfer on different grourfds. However, it could not be feasible to consider such
requests in piecemeal due to non-availability of proper substitutes and other administrative constraints.
To
stream }ine the process, as one time process, it has been decided to invite applicatirlns.for Inter Regional
Request
Transfer from Generalist Officers (Scale-l to Scale III) in the Zone for transfer from one Region to
another.

The following points need to be considered while submitting the application: .

1" The applications are invited from Generalist officers lupto scale III) who have completed -03-
years in the present Region,
2" The application is for request transfer from one Region to another Region within New
Delhi Zone.
3" Request will be considered for the Region ONLY and not any pr.ti.,rtr" n.r*t
oistrict and thus the

4" Request transfer would be considered only if the work and conduct of the applicant is satisfactory"
5. while applying for request all the necessary supporting documents should be invariably attached:
a. In case of request on marriage grounds - Marriage certificate and address proof of t-he spouse.
b. In case of Medical grounds - Medical Certificates.
c. Incaseofanyothergroundalsosupportingdocumentsneedtobeuploadedalongwiththedpplication.
MODE OF APPLYING: Online applications will be accepted.

IT SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR THAT:
I' Request will be considered only in equal number of employees who desire for transfer from one Region
to another Region/ possible inter regional adjustment etc" For example, if 20 Officers of Scale I desire
to
go from west Delhi and only 05 officers willing for transfer to west delhi, request
of only 05 officers will
be considered in this round and remaining shall be kept in waiting/adjusted with IZT, if possible.
II' Preference will be given to the employees requesting transfer on compassionate ground/ suffering from
critical disease like cancer, TB etc.
III. ReQuest once considered will not be cancelled and hence. the staff should apply after due thought.
Here it would be pertinent to note that the decision on Inter Region Traisfer will be taken
as pdr administrative
requirements of Bank and not necessarily, that all application/ requests will be considered.
