COMMENTS

Electric system can be further improved, especially lights at dressing table was a bit low. Retain some
quality and taste of food. Keep it up.

A gym of a basic level would be nice.

Laundry/Press services should be free of charge. Mr.Khalid services are outstanding at breakfast. If we are
making advance booking from our company so kindly reserve ground floor 1st floor rooms instead of
basement.

Electronic safe would be good. Mr.Khalid is very friendly. Generally all staff are well mannered and good. I
have had no issues. For the price the guest house is value for money. It’s a shame there is very little outside
space.

Shower was not working but fixed late and water leakage issue. Rooms should be sound prrof. There
shouln't be any disturbance in late hours. All are working excellent. We were served with excellent food
quality with outstanding hospitality. Mr.Khalid is very good in dining with everyone.
Keep it up!
We would like to see some green plants outside rhe glass door to enjoy a better view. Breakfast really well
served by Mr. Khalid and room service of tea is also wonderful.
Reception staff and breakfast manager and all porters were outstanding.

The Breakfast should have variety.
Mr khalid and his colleagues were outstanding. Need more variety in menus.
