This document lists proposed research titles for civil engineering students divided into 7 groups. The first group's proposal examines flooding risks and solutions in Dire Dawa City. The second group explores the role of media in improving farming production. The third examines factors affecting quality road construction in Ethiopia and possible solutions. The fourth investigates infrastructure for disabled students at Dire Dawa University. The fifth surveys student attitudes toward COVID-19's impacts and prevention at Dire Dawa University of Technology. The sixth proposes investigating uses of organic wastes for biogas production. The seventh assesses effective uses of surface and underground water. The note section provides guidelines for the research proposals.

Note that:
Use appropriate research proposal formats.
Use clear and understandable languages. Don’t copy directly from other groups. Support your idea by quoting different reading materials. You can use different reading sources (internet, books, journals & others), but not direct copy. Write reading materials you have used under reference section. Reason out why you use some methods (design, sampling techniques, data collection & analyzing). All group members should effectively participate equally in designing the proposal. Size of your paper: minimum of 6 page & above briefly.
