Primary issue is that the employees are unhappy and have complaints. Secondary
issue that the system program is not fair and equal.

Yes, something must be done when employees are not happy. It is the responsibility
of the management to listen to the problems of employees and solve them. They
have to do something to make them happy.

In the long term, the management should try to manage everything in fair way and
maintain equality. No discrimination should be made. Good planning is needed in
the performance recognition process. They always have to try to make the
employees happy.

Answer 4.

Yes, this program should continue. Workplace recognition motivates, provides a


sense of accomplishment and makes employees feel valued for their work.
Recognition not only boosts individual employee engagement, but it also has
been found to increase productivity and loyalty to the company, leading to
higher retention
