Alice can practice additional practical tactics to gather HR related information.
Alice can try to be the policy expert of the organization. She has ensure that she
has all the required information from the HR. She has to try to know her rights
and responsibilities for any kind of situation. She has to keep in her mind that
she has to collect information. Whenever she faces any situation which is
difficult she has to try to solve it by following HR rules. She needs have a clear
very of her company’s goals and solutions to different situations.
Answer 2
Nutrition services that Maureen should provide to the hospital employees are
given below :
 Diet plan provided by HR for the patients must be shared to the
employees and timing must be maintained.
 All the HR policies, rules, laws, regulations related to nutrition must be
shared to the employees.
 The patients are offered a wide choice of food items based on the
nutritional requirements. All efforts are made to prepare and provide
special meals catering to patients in accordance with their disease
condition. This information is needed to collected from the HR and
provided to the employees by Maureen.
 Employees must be informed about the risks of not following nutrition
service related information properly.

While providing this information, Maureen should be concerned about

knowing what nutrition services other hospitals are providing and she
should be concerned about the health risk and safety of the patients. She has
to be concerned about the reputation of the hospital.

Answer 3.

To provide information easily to the employees, Single Unit Restaurants

must keep good communication with the employees, arrange meetings and
let everyone know the policies of the HR departments. All the employees are
needed to be active in this case.
