 a) I reviewed the website, accurate.com. They provide service related to
background check.

B)I want to work in service industry. In this industry background check has
importance. The background check is often a final step taken by employers to
help ensure a sound hiring decision and protect the employer from a number of
potential risks. For many employers, a background check is a reliable way of
verifying claims made by job seekers during the hiring process. A major reason
to conduct background and reference checks is to avoid harm or legal liability
of various types to the employer or to others. This includes harm to: Other
employees by sexual harassment or workplace violence. The organization's
customers by, for example, sexual assault on business premises.

C) In my own life, background check can not be inappropriate for me because

all my records are clean. Background check is a good sign that you're being
seriously considered for the job, don't sit back and wait for the offer. Keep
applying to as many positions as you're qualified for. Remember that most
employers automatically screen your resume with Applicant Tracking System
(ATS) software.
