Read the following passage, and then answer the questions in full sentences:

When you are being interviewed for a job, remember that it's normal for many people to be
nervous, particularly in such a stress-producing situation. There are plenty of jobs indeed,
probably most where a little nervousness isn't looked at askance. It does help to dry a damp brow
or a clammy hand just before meeting the interviewer, but otherwise, don't be too concerned
about the outward manifestations of your nervousness.

Experienced interviewers will discount most physical signs of nervousness. The only one that
people have a hard time ignoring is a fidgety hand. Interviewees who constantly twist their hands
or make movements that are dramatically distracting are calling to their nervousness.

Remember that interviewers talk to people in order to hire, not because they enjoy
embarrassing uneasy applicants. One way to overcome a flustered feeling, or "butterflies in the
stomach", is to note that interviewers want to hire people who have something to offer the
company. If interviewers think you will fit into their organization, you will be the one who is
sought after. It's almost as if you are interviewing them to see if they are good enough for you.

Qualities of a good teacher

Teachers are great people. They spend their time teaching students new things in their
life. Some teachers are very nice with students and try to help them to learn the subject.
Teachers also spend their times preparing for the classes and grading homework and
exams. Teachers are doing a great work to help students. my teacher is a very nice
teacher. I like her because she cares about our education. She spends her time helping the
students in the classroom. She helps us when we have questions and she is kind with all
the students. My teacher is my adult friend who I trust. I often find myself telling her
about my academic or personal problems, which I can not resolve on my own. I am also
very trust on her when I have to make an academic decision that will affect me. She
knows me well and knows how what I can absorb and what I need to strengthen myself.
So always listen to the advise my teacher with confidence and accelerated in its
application until I develop from myself. So my teacher represents me as an important role
model in my life that takes my hand to a successful future.
