Comments: Natasha’s portfolio exceeds expectations in its delivery method. Very well organized, clear,
concise, and conveys each part of the rubric with enough detail, insight, looks professional while doing so. It as
if Natasha has used this final assignment to showcase her technology skills as an educator and professional –
super neat to see the portfolio delivered less like an self-evaluation assignment (like I did myself) and more like
a professional development presentation (like she sort of did in a way). I think it is definitely ready to submit,
but there needs to be a few very minor adjustments. First, for module 2, the artifact attachment I am unable to
open once downloaded, there seems to be an error with the attached file. Second, for module 5, in the
PowerPoint presentation attached there is a spelling error for one of the slide headings (slide 10). That is it for
editing to be done before submitting! Here are a few suggestions if Natasha may choose to edit, do not think it
is really necessary, but could add a little more to her portfolio if she would like to: For module 4 there is not any
‘drafts’ for the artifact, but it is mentioned exactly why that is the case (a solid explanation is given, which
makes sense), but if she wanted to maybe share her script which was not word-for-word but a few ideas instead,
that could be supplementary info and some insight into how she developed her video (refer to: “I wrote down
so key ideas so I wouldn't forget anything). Again, not necessary, but a suggestion to add a little extra support to
her evidence of improving the artifact. On another note, going back into her overall portfolio excellence,
Natasha added secondary headings for each module and it was clear what the theme for each portfolio ticket is -
this was not a requirement at all, but it is definitely a neat way to showcase her portfolio tickets since she chose
to not fill out the portfolio tickets in a traditional ‘answer the question within the document format’ (as I did).
Also, she included some inspirational education quotes under each artifact page and her portfolio tickets were
arranged by the order of modules. I like that her ‘cover page’ served as a website home page for her portfolio
and she shared information about herself, including how she is currently a TL and this assignment if for her to
showcase her growth as a TL – I thought that was a cool personal touch. Finally, I definitely did not create an
interesting personal portfolio like Natasha, but after seeing hers – it has inspired me to think outside of the box
more even during a self-evaluation assignment. Being able to look at hers closely has been a learning
experience for myself. I think she should share this with the rest of the class if she feels comfortable. Job well
done Natasha.
