2. 250 grama stek, 200 gr sladok kompir i brokule
3. 1/2 Avokado 1 tuna, sendvich so 4 krishke + 30 gr jatkasti plodoi
4. Humus tost, 2 krishke leb machkani so humus + 1 low fat grchki jogurt
