Dear Ms. Bodanio,

I am pleased to inform you that you have been awarded a training slot to participate in the Research Data Management and
Basic Data Analysis Course implemented under the DA-IRRI Strengthening the capability of the national research for
development and Extension partners for Research, DeVelopment and Extension of Information and Technologies to Improve
Productivity and Resilience of Rice-based Farming Communities in the Philippines (SERVE) project scheduled on March 1-5,
2021. This program will be delivered purely online. We will share with you the course link including the schedule and course
information as attachment to this letter.

We would appreciate receiving your confirmation on or before 26 February 2021, 12:00 NN. If we do not get an email from you,
we would assume that you are no longer interested and we will award your slot to the next candidate on the waiting list.

The course will officially start at 8:00 AM on Monday, 01 March 2021 for connectivity testing, introduction of participants, leveling
of expectations, presentation of house rules, and other technical preparations. It is institute policy not to accept candidates who
fail to attend the online training program a day after the course has begun.

During your online classes, you will be able to access the training materials using your username and password.

By accepting this training opportunity at IRRI, you hereby agree to IRRI’s policies and practices. IRRI Education can provide you

 you understand that all materials that will be used in this course are 100% owned by IRRI. Use of the materials as

Awarding of certificate

completion of the training program will be issued.
