Do you enjoy learning English?

I like reading and playing badminton. Reading helps me to broaden
my knowledge and by playing badminton, it keeps me physically fit. /
I like playing computer games because it’s something that my
brother and I can do together. / I enjoy cooking and I often surprise
my family by cooking special dishes for them.

How much time do you spend for your hobbies, Azman?

I read almost every night before I go to bed, so that’s about half an
hour a day. / I can only go swimming for a few hours on Sunday
when I’m free. / I spend about 4 hours a week on playing computer
games since my parents are quite strict about it. / I try to cook at
least a meal every week, I’m still not very good at it.

Tell me about your favourite food, Azman?

My favourite food is none other than my mother’s fried rice. It is
delicious with anchovies, onions, some carrots and fried eggs. / My
favourite food is cheeseburger from a stall near my house. There is a
generous portion of cheese for the burger. / My favourite food is
Nasi Lemak. I can have it anytime and many times in a day too.

Do you prefer to eat at home or eat out, Azman?

I prefer to eat at home, especially during dinner time. It is the only
time when everyone is free to have a meal together. / I prefer to eat
out because we don’t have to worry about cleaning up after a meal. /
I don’t prefer outside food as my mother always prepare delicious
meals and we have home-cooked meals most of the time which I
think more nutritious and hygiene.
Who are your best friends, Azman?

What kind of friends do you like?


I want my friend to be honest, responsible, caring, clever, smart,
obedient, friendly not grumpy, a good listener and give respect to
parents and teachers.

Friends are important in my life because friends can help me in my
studies and learn together in the study group. Besides, I can also
share my problems with them. For some problems, I cannot share
with my parents.

Mr Iqmal. / I like many teachers, to name a few, teacher Maisurah,

Why do you like them?

My teachers are very strict, but they are friendly and kind-hearted.
They are dedicated and skillful in teaching me. My teachers use
different techniques to teach my friends and me. Some teachers use
games to teach us. Some teachers use more on group work and
presentations. They help to build confidence in me and other friends.
I always score good grades because of my lovely teachers.
