declared weight is found incorrect or questionable, we authorize our forwarder, CEVA LOGISTICS,
to correct/amend the weight. Moreover, I / We agree that we will be solely liable for any kind of
wrong declaration of VGM and carrier/forwarder can impose penalty on us for such faulty
declaration. I / We agree that Carrier is entitled to rely on the accuracy of such weights and to
counter-sign or endorse it as Carrier’s own certified weight, to the steamship line carrying the
cargo. If there is any wrong declaration of VGM from our end, we know & agree that there will be
penalty, claims or other costs resulting from any incorrect or questionable certification of the
weight provided by us. We are also confirming that we have mentioned the same weight in the
custom document, invoice and packing list.
