SAPFOAM 323D-M
Polyurethane Spray System
INTRODUCTION

SAPFOAM 323D-M is a CFC free Polyurethane system developed for the manufacturing of rigid
polyurethane foam Mixed with SAPISO. It has been specially designed for sandwich panel application by
discontinuous method. The foam has excellent mechanical property. This product is classified as B3
according to DIN 4102.

Application.
SAPFOAM 323D-M is mainly used for the production of Discontinuous sandwich panel. It’s also
recommended to be used in cavity, molding and pour in place.

Process parameter.
The chemical should be adjusted at to correct temperature before using it to ensure both reactivity and
viscosity is suitable for process.

Reactivity is as follow.
Cream time 04±2 sec
Gel time 16±5 sec
F.R.D 28±1.5 kg/m3
F.R.D and reaction profile can be adjusted according to customer requirement.

Storage Recommendation.
The SAPFOAM 323D-M drum should be stored in cold area below 20°C.

drum should be kept sealed when it is not in use as it is hygroscopic in nature.

SHELF LIFE.
Under mentioned storage condition SAPFOAM 323D-M has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of
Production.
