manager.

1. Eagles have powerful vision

 If you ever see an eagle sitting high above on a cliff or atop a tree, watch closely
and see how attentive the bird is. The body will be still and the head tilted side to
side to observe what is happening below, around, and above it. Even if it's flying,
you can observe how keen its eyes are, looking for its prey….Lets learn to be
attentive when we are getting these trainings, we get so many tips and strategies
to be successful.
 You must have a vision that guides and leads your team towards the team goals.
The vision must be big, as well as focused. A big, focused vision will produce big
results. We need at least 1000ccs to have our Zim Product Centre reopened
…that’s our goal as Zim FBOs, ask yourself what are you contributing towards
this? We have personal goals of doing at least 4ccs personal each month,4
months of 2021 have already gone, were you on track or its time that’s also
passed by …just like the other times. Lets exit our comfort zones. For things to
happen you should change and always strive to achieve

2. Eagles are fearless hunters
 An eagle will never surrender to its prey, no matter its strength or size. It will
always put up a fight to win its prey or regain its territory. Golden Eagles are such
remarkable hunters that they can prey on goats much larger than themselves by
throwing them off the side of a cliff. We can learn a lot from the eagle's
determination….what are we determined to do. Most today are not Managers lets
work and be managers and stretch to achieve the Eagle incentive.
 Successful leaders are fearless. They face problems head on. No matter what
the size of the problem, a good leader attacks them without regard for
themselves. It wouldn’t even dawn on you to be afraid because your instinct is to
protect that which you love and cherish. Other take note of your passion and
determination and draw strength from it…Challenge yourself to achieve manager
level in the next 4 months .150ccs starting today is possible.

3. Eagles are tenacious defenders


 Watch an eagle when a storm comes. While other birds fly away from the storm,
an eagle spreads its mighty wings and uses the current to soar to greater
heights. The eagle takes advantage of the very storm that lesser birds
fear….price increase, Covid19 ,Lockdown,assumption that everyone doesn’t
have money ( sugar coating laziness)
 Like an eagle, a leader can only rise to greater heights if he faces the challenges
head on without running away from them.Lets share our products and business
with everyone and stop concluding in our minds.

4. Eagles are high flyers


 Great leaders are problem solvers. They don’t complain like the chickens do.
When the storm comes, they love to take challenges as the eagle does.

 You must have high hopes and work to inspire others to greater heights. Think
big and ask others to think big as well.
 When eagles fly, they make less noise than other birds. They wait patiently for
opportunities to strike. We can learn a lot from the eagle's power and patience.

5. Eagles nurture their young


 Even though eagles are known for their aggression, what is more astonishing is
their ability to nurture their young ones.
 True leaders are not bosses.
 They grow with their people.
 They strive to make individuals in the organization or society grow to their full
ability.
 They teach and guide just like the mother eagle does.
 They never stop giving challenges, but they also never give up empowering and
directing.

In order to get to Eagle Manager you will need to:
o Talk to a minimum of 300 people (5 strong running downlines going for
Manager requires 25 sign ups which will require at least 250 calls and
invitations – so round up to a minimum of 300)
o Mentor these 5 running team leaders to ensure they grow to become
Managers
o Develop your customer base to at least 40 regular repeat order customers
o Campaigns
o All of the big earners in this game do at least one major campaign a year
and can point to the first one as the reason for their success.
o Campaigns are a total commitment and dedication to MASSIVE action for
a short period of time followed by intensive mentoring of your new recruits

Get it out of your head and take action.
3 campaigns are necessary per year, one at the beginning of the year aimed at Global
Rally Qualification and one at the beginning of May pointing towards Eagle Manger.
3rd one is around September aimed at Chairman's bonus qualification.
A campaign is massive action aimed at putting a lot energy towards these incentives.
Start with 10 easy prospects (engage them in conversation)
Grow your list to 50 in 2 days.
By the time you reach 100 contacts and conversations, you have enough to schedule
15 appointments that will culminate into 10 successful presentations everyday.
Continue growing your list.
This is called All Out Massive Action.
Make it a Declaration, a statement, a commitment that you are going to do it.
Look for hungry people ( even if they don't have money they will find a way of joining)
Look for people driven by Ambition.
Look for people who can afford to join.
Look for dissatisfied people.
Look for people with a competitive character, the kind of people who want to win all the
time.
Work your business everyday for 30days of massive action.
Tell your story and present and answer their questions.
Activity will calm your nerves.
Your list will grow into an active candidate list.
If you talk to enough people, someone will say yes.
