Mr. Bikash Rai, resident of Minbhawan House No. 121, Aloknagar Marg, Kathmandu-34.

You are notified that your avoidance of personal and official contact since past few weeks has
compelled us to publish this notice. During your tenure there were lots of transactional issues
which have been affecting our day to day business operations. The issues are listed below.

1. Advance amount collected in last week of April from Dhungana Holdings Pvt. Ltd.
which they are asking for full amount refund with proper bank interest
2. There are pending account bills from Timsina Holdings Pvt. Ltd which was supposed to
be cleared last week
3. Unclear Bank transaction with our banking partner Nic asia bank.

The higher authorities are very much concerned about these issues. So you must be present in the
office for proper clarification on these issues by May 17, 2020. If you fail to comply with this
notice, official bodies will be forced to take legal action against you.
