Subject: List of suggestions for website enhancements

Dear Mr. Kevin,

I am responsible for testing the functionality and user interface of the website your team is
creating. I evaluated some of the features on the website that the team created to ensure that it
functions properly and attracts more consumers in the future. After a thorough examination, I
discovered that the website is lacking in some key aspects. If these features are not created and
implemented, the company's image will suffer. Many clients will be unaware of the company's
new offerings. As a result, sales will fall, and the company's profit will not rise as expected for
the year. I noticed that the interface of your website has some inconveniences for users. I have
listed a few places where changes may be made to increase convenience and user experience.
Missing product introduction videos. The site only features images of some products but does
not offer prominent promotional videos for the company's flagship products. Video clips
promoting products have a strong appeal to potential customers if they are widely spread.
No search feature for product information. The website presently does not allow customers to
search for product details or other relevant information. Customers will believe that it takes a
long time to discover what they are seeking as a result of this.
Missing account creation for users. Customers are not able to establish accounts on the site, nor
are they able to log into their accounts each time they come. Many consumers are upset because
they want to check their purchase history, and the firm cannot know what kind of items each
client wants without this feature.
Missing the form to send the customer’s comments. Many customers complain that the website
does not provide a form for customers to submit comments or contribute comments on the
company's products.
I would like to provide the following suggestions:
Create some promotional videos and product introductions. Good quality promotional videos
will attract more customers who want to buy products.
Add product information search feature. It helps customers quickly and easily find what they
want without any inconvenience.
Add features to create user accounts. It helps managers know their shopping needs, and the
system can give shopping suggestions to users when they visit the site in the future.
Create a form that allows users to submit comments on the Contact Us page. It helps customer
contribute their feedback on the products.
If these suggestions are implemented, the website will be attractive in terms of interface,
professional and friendly, which will help users feel comfortable and convenient. It will help the
company have many customers in the future and increase product sales and profitability. Because
the website's completion date is just two months away, I am looking forward to working with
your team. I am excited to obtain a prototype of the concepts your development team comes up
with for the features I propose in the next meeting. We could speed up our work and provide the
client with a new and good experience on the newly launched webpage. I am available every
