As per the G.O. reacl above, Government have issuecl orders for
registralioit to lift rnanufacturers, firefighiing firms, Aj.r-conditioning finns in
PWD e;:

inililty to fi-ir-nish Seclrify Deposit being an MNC. They are ready to provicle '

Bank Guaranlee ancl remif necessary regtistration fee. To address these issltes,

the above GoveL:nrnent neecls arrleridntents. As the PWD Manr-iiil,
Government are accepting Banl< Guarantee as Security Deposit for contract,.

rnake necessary amendr]renrs to the exisiinE order so that the ai'rangleutt':iI oi

Engineer has also iubmittecl necessaly proposals ln thj.s regard.

3) Government have ex amined the matler in detail anci are pleasecl to

issue orders to accept Secr-rrily Deposit in tire form of Bank Guarantee at the
time of Registration of contractors', subject to ther conditlon that the vali of
the Ba4k,Guarantee shoulcl cover th e pen od of stx months ty peri
of Contract Licence.
