Work Experience

media preparation-stock solutions, microbiology agars and supplement augmentation, archiving liquid
nitrogen stored cell lines. Testing In-vitro sunscreen efficacy (SPF, UVA/UVB and waterproof
determination). Maintained and calibrated laboratory equipment including autoclaves, balances, incubators
and waterbaths, pH meters. Updating internal documentation (procedures, instructions, schedules, formats)
• Developed and run validation protocols for in-house and USP methods.
• Utilized ICP-MS, GC-MS/FID, LCMS, UV, FTIR, instruments to highlight a few.
• Familiarity with PerkinElmer Elan, Agilent ChemStation, and UV Spectrum One.
