B Panel & Manufacturing Specification
ACB,s for INCOMING & outgoing feeders shall be 3 pole , with latest generation microprocessor based release ( LSIG Protection ) with current 1 measuring function . 2 All Incomer feeder doors color should be Blue 3 All CT , Bus Bars , Sleeves ,gaskets ,Insulators ,Polycarbonate sheets, Control wires , Hardware etc must be with there test certificates as per make: 4 CT & PT : make Precision / Kappa / AE cast resin with accuracy class 1 for metering & Class 5P10 protection. 5 Insulators : SMC with glass reinforced 6 Bus Bar Support : Powermat or reputed 7 Terminal Blocks : Elmex ,Phoenix , Wago , Connect well 8 Thimble or Lugs : Jainson / Dowell or reputed 9 Control & Power Wire :1100v grade FRLS make : Finolex , KEI , RR , Polycab only 10 Indication Lamp should be LED type & of reputed make . 11 Digital Multi function meter should be Conzerve make & with RS 485 port in ready state. 12 PU / Neoprene type gasket shall be provided inside the doors to keep panel dust & vermin proof. 13 Hardware : All Nut Bolts washers must be cadmium plated , high tensile , higher grades only. 14 CRCA Sheet : TATA , SAIL , Bhusion , JINDAL or reputed . 15 Equipments like PT,CTs etc. shall not be supported on bus bars. 16 All Bus bar live parts must be covered by Polycarbonate sheet of 100 % transparency , fitted throughout on exposed part wherever required. 17 There should be at least 10% margin between derated ratings and maximum demand for Bus Bar . Execution Drawings : Legends & Notes , general arrangement , top view with foundation plan, SLD , BOM , Control Scheme which are submitted for 18 approval prior to manufacturing 19 Each panel must have Standard Identification Tags ( Title / Project name / Area Application / P.O. Detail / Manf. Date / Address Plate) 20 Drawing pockets & Manual keeping space to be allocate in each panel with identification. 21 if any doubt or any kind of clarification needed by the supplier must ask otherwise it will assume that every point is agreed by supplier 22 During commissioning of panel if any kind of technical problem occurs , supplier engineers must be on site with in two days whenever call by customer. 23 Packing of panels : polythene pack , wooden packing , rubber supports , scratch proof . 24 Space heater at bottom side of cable chember and ACB chember connected with PB mounted on front 25 DANGER 415 VAC STICKER on both TIE and incomer door 26 All BUS bar must be covered with RYB insulated Sleeve
