Responsibilities: -
Responsible for a specific area in Singapore and a group of technicians. To monitor all service and breakdown calls
supervision the list of technicians. To resolve all issues pertaining to customer’s complaints, job cards, parts,
installation jobs at site and technical matters. Conduct certified safety driver operator training courses for
customers. My Company deals with various models of material handling equipments for warehousing and
logistics.

Started my career as a technician grade 4. Repair and service electric battery forklift and stacker MHE equipments.
I was promoted in January 2010 as a “Trainer”.
Hands on gearbox repair on any mechanical repair to be carried out at a shortest period downtime.
Improvement plan on solution and upgrading if necessary.
Troubleshoot malfunction electric circuitry from wire harness to motherboard controller and causes of failure
base on schematic wiring diagram and software failure.
Hydraulic troubleshoot consist on pressure loss, control valve, manifold, solenoid, relief valve, pressure setting,
cylinder repairs as per hydraulic schematic recommended.
Conduct in house certify safety driver operator training for “Crown Model Truck” as per MOM guideline all
driver to be trained and certified.
