Round 2: RECURSO

Introduction

XYZ Ltd. is a MNC based in Mumbai, India. They have been in the fashion
industry for over 8 year designing and producing their eco-friendly products in
offices and factories, both located in The Empire Business Centre, Mumbai. The
growth of the company has been exponential and recorded stellar profits
despite the cut-throat competition by renowned fashion brand conglomerates.
The company has various branches in middle-east and Europe. The company has
undertaken various projects with big fashion houses and still under the zest of
achieving new apogee of its market capitalization.

Now with the outbreak of pandemic and imposition of lockdowns around the
globe, many businesses have taken a hit. But XYZ Ltd. is a fashion and apparel
brand that is still in demand.

Problem Statement

Now, the government has lifted the lockdown, but several restrictions are still
in place considering the gravity of such uncertain situations.

With work proceeding amidst such a set up the organization is confused:

1. How to go about the work so that they don't lose out on any business?
2. How to Abide to the Covid-19 regulations?

Prepare a presentation as the head of the HR Department providing

solutions to the above statement.

Requirements

A handbook (in the form of a presentation) which will contain a set of policies
that revolves around:

o Organizations'role in maintaining their employee's safety

o Rules that employees will adhere to, given by the organization
Judging Parameters

1. Presentation
2. Creativity
3. Feasibility
4. Originality of the content

General Instructions

1. The presentation should not exceed beyond 3-6 slides (excluding the
introductory slide) and there is no word limit. The first slide will be an
introductory slide that must contain the following details-
 Team name
 Member’s name
 Contact information
 Institution name

2. Deadline for the submission is 9:00 PM, April 27, 2021. No submission
will be entertained after the above mention deadline.

3. Participants are required to send the presentation in PDF format

following the nomenclature- “TeamName_TaskSubmission”
