Agenda of Meeting: -

 A quick analysis of work allotted to each faculty in the month of May.

 Planning of cookery practical session.
 Certificates distribution to awardees in cookery practical program.
 Planning for second term exam and related preparation.
 Demonstration of procedures in the FON lab daily.
 Preparation of file for approval of GNM course and related work.
 Planning of world hepatitis day awareness program.
 Preparation of the LIC/GNC inspection work if any

Discussion:

The meeting was held in faculty staff room, in the presence of Prof. Mallika Vhora- Principal
of KSN at10:00am on 01.07.2021

The following points were discussed

 Assigned work analysis of faculties were done. Necessary suggestion and correction
were advised. Work of staff were appreciated.
 Cookery practical session planned on 6th July (Tuesday). Class Co-ordinator asked to
plan the program. Students were divided into 5 groups and asked to cook 3 food items
based on diseased condition.
 It was also decided to buy 30 apron (through amazon online site) and 10 Induction
cooktops.
 Second term offline exam planned on 15th July onward followed by lab practical exam.
Exam co-ordinator was instructed to plan accordingly for its successful completion.
 In connection to practical examination Principal ma’am instructed to carryout regular
demonstration of all the basic procedures so that student can perform it in the practical
exam.
 Preparation of file for approval of GNM course and related work was assigned to
Priyanka ma’am and other faculty were asked to assist in the same.
 Map out the world Hepatitis Day 2021, to raise awareness of viral hepatitis among
students.
 Principal ma’am instructed to upkeep the academic related records for upcoming LIC
inspection, if any, for its smooth and successful organization. And to have further
meeting before inspection were planned.
 A brisk discussion was done on 3rd wave Covid-19 if any. Reminded for strict use of
face mask and frequent hand wash/sanitization. And to take adequate prophylaxis
measures.
 Student parent’s consent form should be collected for 2nd dose of vaccination as there
will be provision for same from institution (KPGU) side.

At the end of the meeting Principal valued the work of faculties, motivated everyone to
maintain and improve their great performance also encouraged to work towards the
welfare of students, institution, and self-professional growth.
