The requirements for fuel purity, not only in modern
common rail drives, are constantly increasing. Hengst
therefore consistently relies on multi-stage systems
consisting of a pre-filter and main-filter. The systems
are designed so the replacement intervals of the pre-
filter and main-filter are reached at the same time.
Thus, the potential of both filters is used optimally.
The benefits in comparison to conventionally designed
systems speak for themselves: Clear performance
benefits with respect to particle filtration, water
separation, differential pressure and installation
space.
Each filter stage is true precision work, individually
adjusted to the application and their respective
boundary conditions.
Fuel filters are indispensable for protecting the injection
system and engine against contamination. This is
because the requirements on diesel filtration are
continuing to increase. Water and even minute particles
should be effectively and reliably removed, despite
very different fuel qualities worldwide. The Blue.
maxx modular system with the clever combination of
a pre-filter and main-filter keeps everything clean.
A particular benefit: Both components are available
separately. For the highest degrees of separation
that impress and which allow for maximum engine
performance.
