SOLUTION
▪ Follow Oracle best practice business process flows.
▪ To achieve smooth transition from old system to Oracle, “Cut Off” approach suggested in preparing and executing new system Go Live.
▪ If parallel approach considered to, ME highly recommended no comparison activities between old system and new system.
▪ No historical transaction information shall be loaded in the new system
▪ No integration with 3rd Party System/Legacy System except mentioned in Scope of Work
▪ Change management is not considered within the scope of the project and it is the responsibility of IP and should be initiated before the project start.
ENVIRONMENT
▪ Hrovisioning should be done before project start.
▪ IP will provide workstations for project team, such as: project room, meeting room, and training room.
▪ IP will provide necessary infrastructure and equipment that are required to run the implementation smoothly, including network, internet, projector,
printer, paper, whiteboard, etc.
SUPPORT
▪ ME will give post Go Live support for first period closing after Go Live or 1.5 Months after Go Live date.
▪ Go Live support mechanism consist of Key User (1st Layer Support), IT Team (2nd Layer Support), and Consultant (3rd Layer Support).
GENERAL
▪ Indonesia will be the language of communication and all document created will be in English.
▪ To ensure the project activities run smoothly, all documentations that required to approve or sign off should be done within 3 days or it will consider
approved.
▪ All consultant's transportation and accommodation (out of in-town project site) cost include out of pocket expenses (include per-diem) is IP’s
responsibilities and follow ME’s standard.
▪ Any changes in the scope will be considered as a change and will be evaluated separately in terms of cost, effort, & schedule.
