 ANALYSIS OF THE QUESTIONNAIRE

As the data was collected from random people about what is the Telecom network provider they
are using. The answer varies from person to person but most of the people use Airtel then it's Rio
then Vodafone and afterwards Idea Hare BSNL wasn't chosen by anyone. There might be several
reasons for choosing the specific telecom service provider by an individual hence it shows that
earlier when jio came into existence its customer user why more but now Airtel is having the
most customers.

Here the question asked if people use any secondary Telecom network provider other than the
primary one that they are using most of them said no with respect to the first question. It shows
that most of the people are satisfied with their primary network service provider only and they do
not need any second option. Although the difference between yes and no is less.

As per the data collected according to the question that did people shift to jio when they were
offering cheaper plants at the beginning most of them said no. Hence it means that there was not
too much impact on the telecommunication when jio came but as 45.5 % people are saying it
guesses that the shift which means that the used market shifted towards jio due to its cheaper
plans as compared to the other companies hence it had acquired use market share.

Now the question asked was are you using the Wi-Fi facility of your primary Telecom network
provider? Many of them answered yes which means that they are using their primary Telecom
network provider only in their Wi-Fi facility. And some of them stated that they are using act
fibernet, jio and Airtel as it was also in the option of others. Since more than 55% of people are
saying that they are not using the same Wifi facility.

Over here this question was in context to the earlier questions that why did people shifted to jio
and in the Pie Charts above we can see that all of the reasons are responsible except customer
service. The reasons included price internet speed signal strength whereas 44.4 percent of the
people choose all of the above including the customer service option.

Over here, they were asked to rate the network being 5th the highest and 1st being the lowest and
we can see that most of the people rated Airtel as the best network and BSNL on the last rank but
there was several inconsistency in the answers as the three Vodafone Idea in jio at completing
each other equally. As the rated order is Airtel, jio , Vodafone, Idea and then BSNL.
Now people were asked to rate jio brand image from amazing towards and the majority goes
with good. As bad and worse options are also chosen by some people so somewhere jio lacks and
needs to to grab more attention with some increased Technology. 57.6 % of people think it's
good then 24.2 % think it's neutral 12.1% think it's amazing which is a good part but according
to 5% of people it's not good.

As per the data collected on question that in which field do you see scope of improvement almost
39.4% of people said that the data speed should be increased as it is not satisfactory then it
comes to brand image for about 24.2% afterwards the schemes and offers offered 21.2% ,should
be more effective afterwards it comes to customer service 12.1% and at the last it comes to prices
that means people are satisfied with the prices.
At the end of the questionnaire this question was asked to check the customer loyalty as other
family members also using the same Telecom network service provider and majority goes with
yes answer as 63.6% people said yes the day family is using the same network service provider
that means they are loyal to the brand whereas 21.2 % people said no and rest were not sure
about it. Hence this question states that more of the people are loyal towards their brand.

Q 10. Are you wishing to use Jio in future? Why or why not?
Here comes the last question of the questionnaire which was the reasoning one that are you
willing to use jio in future why or why and almost 12 out of 33 respondents said that they will
use Jio but with several conditions that only if it will increase the internet speed several
respondent also said that it available almost everywhere so they like using jio and will use it in
future but rest of the respondent said no they'll not use jio in future just because of the signal
strength and many of them said that they don't want to create a Monopoly so they'll use other
brands also in the above response the answers are are written very clearly as it is a long answer
type question.
 CONCLUSION
We can conclude that in the starting when jio came it captured a used market share but as the
time passed and the rest of the telecom companies also gave customers use discounts and special
offers and the customer shifted to other brands also but still many of the respondents are using
jio only as they are very much satisfied. But most of them complained about the internet
connectivity. The speed of the internet is not appropriate so it is the basic reason why they are
shifting to other brands as per the analysis. And many of them are still agreeing that they will use
jio again if the connectivity gets strong. Jio offers a good package of internet whereas other
Telecom but not offering the same so the customers shifted to Jio but now that same pack is
available in other Telecom also, so they are shifting.

RECOMENDATION AND SUGGESTIONS

After analysing the questionnaire we can say that if jio again wants to capture the market share
then they need to offer much more good quality of internet service. And Furious pond is also
complaining about the pricing that earlier when jio came into existence they were offering the
packages of unlimited that are at less price but now they are charging much more price. Hence
there should be some decrease in price of the packages as other telecommunication companies
are also offering the same package at a low price so that jio again captures market.
