Puri/Bhubaneswar only are invited within 21 days (By 10-03-2021 5PM) for vicinity of
of following items/articles: repair & colour

1. The invitation is open to all registered/well established service providing agencies who
are having PAN/TAN/VAT/GST registration.
2. The mention rate shall be final
(1nclusive of Transportation, GST and labour charges.
3. Payment will only be released after testing of repaired items/articles
4. Conditional Bid document shall be disqualified.
5. 2% Penalty may be imposed to the agency it, the services of the agency is
unsatisfactory.
6. The dealers are requested to physically verify the Steel Almirah which is going to be
repaired & submit the quotation accordingly.

The quotations should be addressed to the District Culture Öficer,Puri,CT

Road, Sanskruti Bhawan, Puri-752002 only through Speedpost & Registered post.
