REQUIREMENTS:
Game device (pc)
Radar device (second pc)
Lambda Screamer M.2 & Jtag

FIRST STEPS
1. Download the C_Solution.zip from the "how-to-
download-subs" channel to the Radar-PC and unzip
it.
2. Disable windows defender (Radar PC)
3. Download the Screamer.zip file from the "dma-
support" channel to the Radar-PC and unzip it.

4. Download this if the Gaming-PC is on
Windows10 version 2004.

Please change these BIOS settings on the

Gaming-PC.

Disable secure boot (if the option is

greyed out -> clear all keys)
On Intel disable Intel Virtualization Tech
(or Virtualization) // On AMD disable SVM
On Intel disable VT-d or VT-x // On AMD
disable IOMMU
On Gigabyte Mainboards you might have
to disable „CSM“  for some of these
options to appear.

WARNING: When trying to remove the USB

cables from the Jtag or Screamer proceed
with caution and use a tool to hold the USB
port down if possible.

CHECKING FUNCTIONALITY OF
THE SCREAMER
1.  Turn the Gaming-PC off and unplug the power
cable.

2.  Plug the screamer into the x1 adapter.

3.  Plug the adapter with the screamer into any pcie
port on the Gaming-PC.

4.  Connect the screamer and the Radar-PC with the

USB cable.

5.  Go into DMAStuff/ CDM21228_Setup and install

„CDM21228_Setup.exe“.

6.  Go into DMAStuff/DLLpatch and copy the

folders into C:\\Windows and skip for already
existing files.

7.  If you are on Windows10 version 2004 replace

the „vmm.dll“ in the „Test“ folder with the
downloaded one.

8.  Turn the Gaming-PC on.

9.  Go into DMAStuff/Test and double click the

test.bat and check if it looks like one of the
following pictures.

FLASHING THE SCREAMER

1.  Turn the Gaming-PC off and unplug the power
cable.

2.  Plug the screamer into the pci 1x adapter (It is

IMPORTANT that you use the x1 adapter for the
flashing process!!)

3.  Connect the JTAG and the Screamer with the

included 6pin cable

Make sure to match the grey wire to the TMS

pins (marked pins in the picture below).

4.  Plug the adapter with the screamer into any pcie

port on the Gaming-PC.

5.  Connect the JTAG with the Radar-PC via USB and
turn the Gaming-PC back on.

6.  Go into the DMAStuff folder and open "zadig-

2.5.exe"

6a. In Zadig open "Options" - Tick "List All Devices"

and select "Quad RS232-HS (Interface 0)" -> It is
important that you select "Interface 0"!

6b. Make sure the Driver where the arrow is

pointing at says WinUSB ("Version number") and

press Replace Driver -> Now it should look like the

AFTER picture

7.  Go into the OCD Folder.

7a.  Start "openocd.exe" (Should close itself

instantly).

7b.  Double click flash.bat -> make sure it looks like

in the picture below.

1.  Shut down the Gaming-PC.

2.  Remove the Jtag completely.

3.  You can switch to the x4 adapter or m.2 slot now

if you want.

4.  Connect the Radar-PC and screamer with a USB-

C Cable.

5.  If you are on Windows10 version 2004 copy the

downloaded „vmm.dll“ into the „C_Solution“ folder.
 

You are done with the DMA setup.

Now you have three options to choose how

you want to connect the Radar and Gaming-
PC:

Softether VPN
Windows VPN
Port Mirroring (requires a hardware switch)
