Further to the guidelines issued by the UGC and by the Government of Gujarat regarding
the reopening of campuses for educational purpose, CEPT University has decided to reopen
the university campus in a phased manner. Starting 9th Aug 2021, students will have the
opportunity to access the University partially.

I hereby give my consent for my son/daughter/ward to attend on campus sessions at my

own risk with my free will. My ward will abide by all COVID19 related protocols put in place
by the University like social/ physical distancing, wearing mask and use of hand sanitizers. I
understand that there is no compulsion by the University / Faculty for the student to attend
on campus sessions to continue their education. If during the course of study my ward is
infected by COVID19, the University’s Governing Body, Board of Management, Faculty or
staff members will not be held responsible for the same.
