SOCC GUIDELINES:
RESUBMISSION OF DEFICIENCIES FOR NON-A1 ORGS & B-n/C ORGANIZATIONS WITH
DEFICIENCIES

a. To change accreditation number before the August 16, 2021 Awarding Ceremony, submit
revised documents before August 12, 2021, 5pm (if possible ONLY e.g., for organizations
without C-1 deficiencies that are for ratification).

OSA DOCUMENTS:
• Submit each revised file separately, you can add multiple files to this section.
• For deficiencies marked as “inc. left margin signature”, submit all newly signed documents
here.

FOR ANNEX C1:

• If SOCC has already said that there is no need to resubmit because the deficiencies are
overlooked, NO NEED TO RESUBMIT.
• If there are minor revisions, RESUBMIT.
• If there are major revisions, below are the steps:

1. Know the procedures of your ratification first based from your AoA.
2. If ratification has to be through a General Assembly, it has to be ENCODED IN eRESERVE.
3. RATIFY FIRST BEFORE RESUBMISSION.
4. After ratification, have your AoA certified by your college BoD and SWDC (ANNEX C).
5. Resubmit Annex C and Annex C-1 through the link.

FOR ANNEX E:
• All those who have submitted in the Annex E Concerns Sheet, RESUBMIT.
• If major revisions, resubmit FIRST through ANNEX E CONCERNS SHEET then RESUBMIT
THROUGH THE LINK ONCE CLEARED BY SOCC.

For ANNEX E1-E2:

If Dave has already cleared the deficiencies, NO NEED FOR RESUBMISSION.
If Dave has instructed to edit something, EDIT THEN RESUBMIT.

ALL REVISED DOCUMENTS

• If there are changes to the other documents (even without deficiency), kindly include them
here.
• Simply merge all SORRs with the updated & rectified files IN ORDER.
