That I, UUU R. MMMM of legal age, single with postal address at purok 2,
Sta. Ana Davao City, hereinafter referred to as the DONOR, and HHH N.
PPP, likewise of legal age, single with postal address at Purok 5-3,
Barangay 8-A Davao City hereinafter called the DONEE,
witnesseth:
A parcel of land (Lot 644-C-5 of the subdivision plan, LRC, Psd- 14038,
being a portion of Lot 644-C, Fls-2544-D, LRC, Record No. 5975); situated
in the Davao City containing an area of THREE THOUSAND FOUR
HUNDRED FIFTY TWO (3,452) square meters, more or less.
That the DONEE is a cousin of the DONOR, who has lovingly dedicated five
(5) years of his life as the latter's personal caregiver and companion;
That the DONOR affirms that this donation is not made with intent to
deceive his creditors, and that he has reserved for himself sufficient funds
and property;
That the DONEE hereby accepts and receives this donation made in his
favor by the DONOR, and hereby manifests his gratefulness for the latter's
generosity.

DEED OF SALE
I,UUU R. MMM Filipino, single of legal age, and with residence and post-
office address at Davao City, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00), Philippine currency, to him in
hand and paid by HHH N. PPP, Filipino, of legal age, with residence and
post-office address at Davao City, DOES HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, AND
CONVEY unto the said HHH N. PPP his/her heirs and assigns, that certain
parcel (or parcels of land, together with all the buildings and improvements
thereon belonging to the vendor and in present possession of III O. PPP,
situated in Davao City, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:
100 square meter more or less, with 500 coconut trees and a small hut,
beside national highway.
That it is hereby declared that the boundaries of the foregoing land are
visibly by means of coconut trees in its perimeter; that the permanent and
improvements existing thereon consists of 1 small nipa hut, that the land is
assessed for the current year at P100,000.00 as per Tax Declaration No.
213, and the buildings and/or improvements, at P10,000.00 as per Tax
Declaration No. 214of the City/Provincial Assessor of Davao City;
The above-described real estate, not having been registered under Act No.
496 or under the Spanish Mortgage Law, the parties hereto have agreed to
register this instrument under the provisions of Sec. 194 of the Revised
Administrative Code, as amended by Act No. 3344.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed this deed this
10th day of April 2021 in Davao City, Philippines.

the above-mentioned debt of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
