RECOMMENDATION
This section, the recommendation, can be defined as a critical suggestion regarding the
best course of action in a certain situation. The whole idea of a recommendation is to provide a
beneficial guide that will not only resolve certain issues, but result in a beneficial outcome.
Recommendations can be different and are heavily dependent on the situation that arose. Thus, it
is clear that example of recommendation in research paper is always based on certain data and
can not be speculated due to the fact that it is not a hypothesis.
In our case, which is business plan, in order to improve improve this research about the chosen
company,The researchers nust have enough time on having an interview with the
manager/supervisor and in doing the every chapters of the research.The researchers must choose
a respondent that is easy to contact and has a a capability to give reliable information.

CONCLUSION

In this chapter, the conclusion, is intended to help the reader understand why your research
should matter to them after they have finished reading the paper. A conclusion is not merely a
summary of the main topics covered or a re-statement of your research problem, but a synthesis
of key points and, if applicable, where you recommend new areas for future research.
To our business plan, we conclude that Trans Asia Company is a organize company and a
company that promotes stability and unity among their employees. Trans Asia company which
more in to the product focused business, and advocate, “Philippine Own Coconut Product” that
promotes nationalism and helpful to the economy of our nation. More often the most the Trans
Asia Company are into productibility of the employees. They are focused to the skills and
capability of their employees than the actual educational attainment. The concrete evidence that
support our statement is on the Chapter 3, the one we interviewed, Mr. Archie Capacia. He is a
high school graduate, doesn’t take any business related course, thus, rely on his own skills and
wittiness and being stable and passion to his work. This proves that the capability to do a job,
specially as a supervisor, not rely mostly on education but on the skills
