First of all, trade industry is one of the industries that provides immediate experience from internship
since they are offering "real work" rather than theoretical part. As students, our main interest is related
to gaining experience before entering real work life. Furthermore, in this field, internships are mainly
paid which is quite advantageous especially for us as undergraduate students. In addition, as it is known,
trades are always in demand, therefore, there are a great deal of job opportunities.

advantage against less specialized ones, where analytic skills take great place. On the other hand, we need to
be able to control our emotions and stick to plan and strategy, this is especially important in managing risk
by using stop losses or taking profits at set points.

and can be attributed to very strong brand and local production. PepsiCo includes not only
soft drinks but also other snacks, and one of the most popular production is Lays, and they
serve not only markets but also restaurants, hotels etc.

PepsiCo has offered an internship program "PepsiCo GO" which has duration of one-
year, and in this program, we have different trainings and opportunity to work on real
projects, and all of this help us to prepare real work environment. As a student, this
opportunity provides me a chance to get experience and if I am successful, it will even
provide me an opportunity to work in this company.

pace.
The environment of this company is quite pleasant and warming, even before being an
employee they are welcoming you very well. For instance, I have applied for internship
for Supply Chain Planning, and when they informed me about interview, they were being
so supportive and kind. Overall, their culture includes mainly empowering people and
trust.

All in all, this employer is a good fit for me for both financial and sentimental reasons.
Since PepsiCo is one of the successful companies, being a part of is very prestigious
and beneficial. On the other hand, as I have mentioned above its environment is very
pleasant and I would love to work in such conditions.
