– New organization option ‘NONCVMAX’ determines how many previous
observations for the same nonconformity will be displayed on the comments and
documents popup.
– Was hard coded to 50 but now can be set up to 999,999
– If blank the system assumes that no previous comments or documents should be
displayed
– Comments and documents of unfinished observations will always be displayed,
regardless the setting of this option
– Buttons to view multiple comments or documents are now on the Nonconformities
tab of the work order and on the Nonconformities screen

Work Module - Checklists
• Checklist for Task Plans
– New checklist type called “OK/Repair Needed”
• Not available for task plans, marked as Nonconformity, Isolation method or Case Management
• Ability to add individual checklist line item comments
• Color icon field to differentiate with priority/severity

Work Module - Checklists
• Checklist for Work Orders and Operator Checklist
– For all checklists of type OK/Repair Needed, 2 checkboxes called “OK” and
“Repairs Needed” will be available along with a “Resolution” dropdown field (RSLT
entity)
– Various rules exist, with Regulatory checklist items marked for Repair, and
subsequently Closing the work order / Making the equipment operational or non-
operational / Signing off on the checklist
• Work Order Checklists for Equipment
– New read only tab on the Assets/Systems/Positions/Locations screen
– Shows all the work order-activity checklists associated to the header equipment

PIRs
• Generate Requisitions
– New option on the Parameters tab to control whether the Select checkbox is checked by
default on the Parts and Services Preview tabs (Auto Select Records)
– The Auto Select Records on Preview checkbox is optional and delivered as hidden
– Checkbox is selected by default by the system.

– Screen Code field modified to prevent: Percentage (%), Single Quote (‘), Ampersand (&),

Installation Option/Status changes

Linear Overview changes
• In preferences - hide segments and routes, or compress segments into
one line using the default segment type, rather than one line per segment
type
• In preferences - control which routes and segments are displayed and in
which sequence
• Define multiple user preferences per user
• Add nonconformities to the list of filters. The list now includes work orders,
inspection results, checklist and nonconformities. It is also possible to hide
this node now
• Double-clicking a bar with an equipment will hyperlink to that equipment

Equipment (A/P/S/L) – new Structure Preferences popup

Asset Inventory changes
• Filter sessions based on the inventory verification date
• Inventory Results tab - the system will exclude all assets, with an inventory
verification date later than the date entered on the parameters tab
• Inventory Results tab - a new action item to mark an asset as ‘Not Found’
• New Organization option AINVAPP to set the resolution of assets whose
observed location is blank, or to block the user from approving the session

• Instead of having to specify an Approval List in update mode on revision
controlled screens, you can now enter an Approval List in insert mode. The

EAM 11.3.2.1 changes
• New Mobile First Screen field on User Setup screen: Use to specify
which screen opens first by default on the mobile app.
• New Add/Edit Documents link button on Checklist tab of Work
Orders: Use to add new and view existing documents on a checklist line.
• New JSI checkboxes on User Setup screen: Added checkboxes to
indicate the type of user: JSI Viewer, JSI Signals, JSI Track, and JSI
Reviewer.
• New Checklist Filter field on Equipment screens: Use the Checklist
Filter field to list a comma delimited set of attributes that will be listed on
checklist lines. When one or more attributes match, the checklist line will
be included on checklists for that equipment.

• New Joint Switch Inspection checkbox on Task Plans screen: Use this
checkbox to indicate that the task plan will contain a JSI checklist. This will
enable new features on the Checklist tab of Task Plans.
• New Tolerances tab on Aspects screen: Use to associate ranges for
measurements of an aspect that constitute nonconformity. Tolerances can
be defined on the aspect level and on an equipment category level.
• New Nonconformity Types tab on Aspects screen: Use to associate
nonconformity types that are applicable to a particular aspect.

• User defined fields on the Create Service Request screen: Added
existing Call Center user defined fields to the Create Service Request
screen.
• Update to Nonconformities header screen: Added Notes field to
nonconformities header. Revision control determines if the field is editable
in update mode.
• Provisioning tenant from CSP: Added support for enabling or disabling
features like Infor Document Manager, Databridge/ION, and Ming.le with
Single Sign-On after provisioning tenant from CloudSuite Portal.
• Enhanced support for Joint Switch Inspection: Prevented enhanced
planning for joint switch inspection tasks by removing ability to select both

Checklist Improvements

INFOR EAM CHECKLISTS – NEW CHECKLIST TYPES
• Good/Poor – Similar to the Yes/No type, but this will offer a Good or Poor option.
• OK/Adjusted – Similar to the Yes/No type, but this will offer an OK or Adjusted option.
• OK/Adjusted Measurement – Like the OK/Adjusted option, but also allows for the entry of a
measurement.
• Nonconformity Check – Spot a nonconformity. Gives an OK option and one or more configurable
Severity options.
• Nonconformity Measurement – Spot a nonconformity. Gives an OK option and one or more

configurable Severity options.
Infor EAM Checklist Security Roles
• Checklist Viewer - view only access.
• Checklist Reviewer - can view the checklist results and signoff on the
Reviewed By.
• Checklist Performer - can enter the checklist and signoff on the Performed
By. You can enter two performers which will make it a joint checklist.

Miscellaneous Additions to Checklists
• Associate pictures and other types of attachments to a checklist item.
• Different caption on the eSignature popup
• Equipment Filter – filter lines based on very specific equipment attributes.
• Direction – Optional indicator that can be meaningful for measurements.
• Condition As Found – specify a reason why one or more checklist items could not be entered.
• Not Applicable – Similar to the Condition As Found, but now on individual line level.
• Calculated Value – Use two+ measurements to calculate the outcome of another checklist item.

Miscellaneous Additions to Checklists
Following list are enhancements that control the behavior on the mobile device:
• Group Label – Checklist items will be grouped under these headers. A bus inspection can be
broken down into several groups this way. A group with engine related checklist items,
undercarriage questions and cab and body related questions for example.
• Sliders – Rather than entering a value directly you can opt to use sliders. These are usually only
beneficial if the range of numbers is fairly small.
• Hide Follow-up – Will remove the follow-up button from the mobile interface for this line.
• Hide Linear Fields – Will remove the from and to point and the reference description and
geographical reference from the mobile interface for this line. Obviously only relevant for linear
equipment.

“Responsibilities” on User Setup for Checklist
Users with these same responsibilities associated can only handle the resulting checklists. Security
measures will be applied to all aspects of the checklist entry…..Such as:
• On checklist item line level the Responsibility determines which user can enter this line. For joint
lines it is even possible to separate the measurement entry from the other data on the line.
• Performed By can only be entered by a user with the same responsibility associated.
• If it concerns a joint checklist, Performed By 2 can only be entered by a user with the same
responsibility associated.
• Reviewed By can only be entered by a user with the same responsibility associated.

• Sorting “by Name” on Structure Tab instead of sequence
• Increased FlexSQL Length to 64,000 characters
• Can search for Work Orders on Linear Assets via popup called “perform linear search” on WO
Record View
• New “notebook” tab added to equipment to document and extend findings via new “Mobile
Notebook” features of Infor EAM Mobile.
• Can now attach documents when sending emails by pulling from copies from the triggering record
(events, mobile notebook, orders, objects, parts).
