STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM 
 
Squeezed 4 U 
 According to our client, Ms. Sarah Jhane Degollacion, the Quality Assurance and
Warehouse Supervisor in the company indicated which is owned by Sir Jason Webb, the
company suffers with the dilemma of improper inventory. There are products that are gone to
waste also the money invested for each item since not every products aren’t monitored
initially and were eventually being lost without knowing.  
 
Leony Chicken Trading 
Based on our client, their problem within the business is that they only use papers
and pens, handwritten records of the payment bills regarding their product. And sometimes,
the recording gets messy and not organized. Also, some transactions are not even listed. Their
deliveries aren’t on time because of handwritten recording of transactions. That is a lot of waste
of time and money for them. 
 
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY 
 
Squeezed 4 U 
One of the purposes of inventory is to mainly monitor the stocks that are available inside
the storage. In our group, we will be conducting a monitoring system that will be of use and
benefit of this company so that every loss of products/items will be avoided. And the system
will simply output the results of availability of products in the storage. 
 
Leony Chicken Trading 
We are going to build a recording system inventory that will focus on organizing properly
their customer’s details and transactions. The benefit will be of less time consuming and the
delivery of their products will be exactly on time and date.
