PREAMBLE

W e, the Student Senate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, in order to advance
the edification of the University and Its Student Body, and to make known the ideals of the
Student Senate, do ordain and establish these By-Laws of the Student Senate of the University of
North Carolina at Charlotte.

ARTICLE I. STANDING RULES
