Carburetor Disassembfy 'Remove the choke knob/starter plunger assembiy

'Remove the carburetor. from the carburetor.
'Remove the throttle vaive ass.embly and
carburetor cap from the carburetor cabie lower
end. 'Disassemble the throttle valve assembly;
spring, plate, clip (KX80 oniy), jet needle, circlip
and throttle valve.

'Remove the following parts from the carburetor

body.

KX80: KX60, KDX80:

A. Spring D- Jet Needle

B. Piate E. Circlip
F. Throttle Valve

A. Float Bowl D. Pin

B. O-ring E. Gasket
C. Float
"60. KDX80:
KX80 KX60, KDX80

A. Spring D. Circlip
B. Plate E. Throttle Valve E. Float Valve C. Gasket.
C. Jet Needfe F. Valve Seat
