ÂWARNING
Gasoline is extremely flammable and can be
explosive under certain conditions. Always stop the 2
engina and do not smoke. Make sure the area is well
ventilated and free from any source of flame or
sparks; this includes any appliance wíth e pilot light.

O Remove the carburetor, and drain the fuel into a suitable


container.
O Remove the float bowl.
O Drive out the pivot pin and remove the float. 1. Float

4. Float Height

O Place a suitable container beneath the carburetor.

NOTE
OFfoat height is the distance from the float bowl
mating surface of the carburetor body (with the
gasket removed) to the top of the float Measure the
height Witi the carburetor upside down.
