Opex – Overhead Expenses Planning – Create Mode(5/17) Create Mode: Enter planned quantity for each material per month. • Overhead consumption planning is based on maintenance activity to be performed for LT equipment, HT equipment, Street lights on respective Fund Centers for LT, HT, STL. • Expenses incurred on Functional location without equipment are to be planned on HT Fund Center.
Opex – Overhead Expenses Planning – Create Mode(7/17) On entering the Fund Center, we will be able to see the Commitment Item and we can plan the Monthly Expenses taking Budget for the Current Year as reference.
Opex – Overhead Expenses Planning – Create Mode(8/17) Point to be remembered while Planning Overhead Expenses: For each Fund Center only one planning document can be created per Budget Year. Only User with Initiator Authorization can create a Planning Document. After creating the document User can change the document if he has right to make changes and the document is pending with that particular User.
Opex – Overhead Expenses Planning – Change Mode(9/17) Change Mode: In the Change Mode User can change the planned data depending on the right and can Approve/Reject the Document
Opex – Overhead Expenses Planning – Change Mode(11/17) With Sent for Approval/Approve option, user can respectively Send for Approval/Approve the Document.
Opex - Overhead Expenses Planning – Change Mode(13/17) With Reject option, user can reject the document and send it back to the Initiator for the required changes.
Opex - Overhead Expenses Planning – Change Mode(14/17) With Remark option, user can add his remark. It is mandatory to update the remarks if user is rejecting the document. User can also see the remarks of other approvers.
Opex - Overhead Expenses Planning – Display Mode(16/17) Display Mode: In this mode User can see the Planned Document for the Fund Center. User can also see the status of the document in the Status Field
