Reflection

I  ,Ritheesh Indukuru has served the role of director in charge of sales and marketing. In
Snazzy Business , I had put my all efforts to increase the sale of the business. At first, i have
to do a lot of market research to test the feasibility of our operation. The competiton was
analysed to see what new we can add to our products to make it unique in the market.
Pentrative pricing stratergy for the bicycle was one of my suggestions accepted by all the
other directors. It not only increases sales but creates a market for new product.

With cooperation of the other directors, high amount of funds were allocated to the
promotion of the product. Since we are new start-up , our product needed to be brought into
the notice of the customers. Various promotion technique like personal selling etc were
applied. With all my efforts i have doubled the sales from third quarter to fourth quarter.
Strategic cost analysis was suggested by me to the directors to reduce the cost of production
due to which we were facing loss which was later adopted in the third quarter by reducing the
cost of operation. I have done everything in my power to bring more sales to the company by
adopted various stratergies . I have been a team-player and have resolved every conflict in
ideas with other directors to maintain peace in the organisation. The employees working
under me was well taken care and a good work environment was provided to them.
