Agreement of Rent is initially for a period of 11 months commencing from, 07.
Apr- 2021l to 06-Mar-2022 on the following terms and conditions

NOWTHIS AGREEMENT OF RENT WITNESSTH UNDER


That the Owner has today put the Tenant in actual and physical possession
of the afore said shop premises,

2 That the Tenant shall pay monthly rent of Rs. 4,000/- (Rs. Four Thousand
Rupees only) to the Owner between 8th of each month.

3 That the Tenant has paid amount of Rs. 40,000/- (Rs. Fourty Thousand
Rupees only) to the Owner as interest free deposit by RTGS: UTR:
UBINJ21097285942 which shall be refundable on the expiry ot the kent
period. The Owner acknowledges the recept ot aioresaid and hence no
separate receipt is executed.

That the Tenant shal use the premises lor Ofice purpOSe

5 That property tax pertaining to the premises payable by the Owner.

6) That the rent premises having independent electricity connection. The


electricity charges shall be payable by the Tenant per month.
That the Tenant has agreed to keep maintain the said premise, shutter,
fixture, fitting for which purpose, it was given intact and has urther agreed
not to make any charge alternation modification in the premises as g1ven by
the Owner, Moreover, the Tenant has agreed not to cause any damage to the
said premises. For which purpose it is given if any damage cause, the Tenant
has agreed to reimburse the same or the Owner shall deduct the cost of the
said damages frOm the deposit amount.

That the Tenant shall not use the premises tor any illegal or immoral

purpose and shall


not sublease or give on rent to any perso1.
