Answer

1. Provide nursing care to individuals, families, groups and communities in an effort to improve
health, prevent disease, cure disease, and restore health.
2. Clinical Procedures:
- Immediately receive and stabilize the referral patient accordingly
Standard Operating Procedures (SPO).
- Once stable, forward the patient to an elective treatment room for
further treatment or forwarding to a health facility
better able to be further referred.
- Monitoring and evaluating the patient's clinical progress
3. Physical examination or clinical examination is a process of a medical expert examining a
patient's body to find clinical signs of disease. The results of the examination will be
recorded in the medical record. Physical examination and medical records will assist in
establishing a diagnosis and planning patient care
4. Purpose of Medical Interview
The role of the medical interview in this diagnostic process is to provide information and
help the doctor know about the origin and history of the disease.
5. Anemia is a condition when the number of red blood cells is lower than the normal number.

Cause:
1. Consumption of certain drugs.
2. There is elimination that occurs earlier than usual in red blood cells caused by immune
problems.
3. Have a history of chronic diseases, such as cancer, kidney, rheumatoid arthritis, or
ulcerative colitis.
4. Have some forms of anemia, such as thalassemia or sickle cell anemia, which can be
inherited.
5. Being pregnant.
How treatment :
1. Blood transfusion.
2. Giving drugs that can suppress the immune system.
3. Giving drugs with the aim of increasing blood cells in the body, such as injections of
erythropoietin
